 We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our loyal customers for their past and future support. We realize that our clients are our most valuable asset and without you, we would not endure.

WHAT’S NEW?

 Our plan for 2007 is to do less installation and concentrate more on repair and maintenance. This allows us to put 100% of our focus on our customers’ needs.

• We now offer experienced Irrigation Technicians on call 24 hrs a day 7 days a week.
• We have initiated an after hour emergency paging system with a 4 hr response time. (YOU CAN ALWAYS GET IN TOUCH WITH US AFTER BUSINESS HOURS)

2007 PRE-PAID MAINTENANCE PROGRAM  

                          SAVE MONEY NOW!

 We have had a terrific response to our new 2006 Residential Maintenance Program. Customers who have signed up for our maintenance program for the 2006 season will automatically be invoiced in January 2007 at the 2006 price.

All customers not currently on a maintenance contract can contact us for a FREE quote via e-mail or phone. Please see attached maintenance program information sheet for 2007 prices.

 

WINTERIZATION 2006    

It is time to arrange to have your sprinkler system ready for the winter.

 WAIT FOR US TO CALL YOU!

 Our winterization schedule will begin the week of October 10^th and run until November 15^th.

You will receive a phone call a few days in advance from Lois to let you know what day we are coming. You will need to be home or have the water shut off to the sprinkler system. This can be arranged when we call you. Be aware that the ground does not freeze until well into December.

A SUGGESTION: YOU MAY PREFER TO SHUT THE WATER OFF NOW!

ABOUT OUR RATES

MANUAL AND 1 STATION SYSTEMS    - $50.00 (TAX INCLUDED)

AUTOMATIC UP TO 6 STATIONS           - $70.00 (TAX INCLUDED)

FOR SYSTEMS OVER 6 STATIONS         - $70.00 + $5.00 PER EXTRA STATION (TAX INCLUDED)

               

EXAMPLE: (10 STATION SYSTEM) $70.00 + ($5.00 X 4 EXTRA STATIONS) = $90.00 (TAX INCLUDED)

NOTE: A $10.00 CHARGE WILL APPLY TO SYSTEMS WITH MULTIPLE WATER SOURCES OR WHERE POOL HOUSES HAVE TO BE WINTERIZED
